However, to withstand the use and abuse it took, that’s impressive. As for this replacement, I already know it will last just as long. I’ll be getting the new M1 Mac since it’s release... So whoever I pass this down to will be set for a while.

Having a second charger allows me to just plug or unplug and go between the two locations without having to crawl around for the charger.

My MacBook Pro is charging at this very moment and works great!

Exact charger needed for my macbookpro retina2012

When you can get rewarded in points at best buy. The charger is the same thing same price. Always make sure to get the right charger for your laptop. You can easily google it and find the answer on the apple site, because i believe there are 2 or 3 different types of chargers depending on your laptop.

The original product lasted approx 7-8 years, GREAT product. I like that it comes with the additional extension cord now, because I don’t remember that being the case when the charger came with my MacBook.
