you heard the story before the dog ate my homework, well in this case he ate the cord so my kid could not do his homework. Easy fix bought the Apple at Best Buy get the replacement cord at Best Buy. Problem Solved.

I was thrilled to find out that the adapter protected my computer thru what was probably a power surge or lightning. Everything is working now. So glad the computer staff was awesome’

Nothing special here ... you're not going to get it any cheaper online or at an Apple Store ... Having extra power adapters at your other office/work locations beats having to hump this thing around. The convenience is worth the extra cost.

Too much money but worth it. Works great for my laptop.

We moved our household and I couldn't find the power adapter (thought it was in my backpack). Couldn't wait for the unpacking to be complete. Fortunately I can walk to my local Best Buy, which of course had what I needed.

It works good, I just wish it was not so expensive.

Great product. I went into best buy and ask one of the employees where they where located and that I was in a hurry the employee went and got it and brought it up front to me so I wouldn't have to waste any time so thank you best buy. Jimbo

Apple products tend to be overpriced and not worth it for 99% of people, but if you own one, you know how awesome the magsafe2 chargers are. I bought this one so I could have one to keep at my desk and one to keep in my bag.

The "brick" on this charger (and most Apple Mac chargers) is NOTORIOUS for overheating and failing. When it does, your charger no longer works. I'm a DJ and learned this lesson the hard way when my first (and at the time ONLY) charger failed in the middle of a gig and I had JUST enough power to finish the gig (with 2% power remaining on my Mac when the last song ended)...needless to say, I ALWAYS keep 2 of these chargers on me for every gig I do since then. I've had several of these (as well as chargers for my other Mac) fail on me. When they work, they do their jobs well. The "Mag-Safe" magnetic connector is BRILLIANT! Like all Apple products, the build quality is amazing. I just wish Apple could get their failure rates figured out!

Never had a cat that chewed things. Current one ruined the original. Bought a new one but it wouldn't stay attached so an easy exchange got one that works great.

I needed to buy an additional plug when I was on the road and left mine at home. If you have a Mac, you are already used to this plug. It has made life easier to have two. I keep one in my bag and one at home where I work most of the time.

Purchased this one as back up. The magnetic connector works easily when charging. It’s handy to have the added length of the charger when necessary or just using the one connection alone.

Apple charger with MagSafe is the perfect laptop charger. I forgot to bring my charger on a week long business trip. Fortunately for me, Best Buy was there with the genuine Apple MagSafe Charger for my 2016 MacBook Pro.

This charger is good. It's just the basic charger for a Mac.
