The cord was hooked to into wall but not computer and I got shocked multiple times.

It gets the job done but the life expectancy of the charger is limited.

This product failed to meet my expectations, I would not recommend

Would recommend anyone looking to replace their mac charger to buy this one. It works just like the original and is long lasting. I have had others and they stop working weeks after I bought them. This has given me no trouble and continues to work perfectly. It includes the interchangeable adapter to plug directly into an outlet and the cord.

If you have a macbook pro with a retina display youre going to need one of these. If its non retina you could get away with a less powerful charger i think. It does get pretty hot though if you charge a nearly dead battery, so be sure to keep it well ventilated and not covered or buried under anything.

The magsafe 2 has held up well so far. However, I'm a bit leery since Apple went back to the straight-plug design rather then the updated right-angle design of the magsafe 1. That seemed to me to be a much more durable design. However, I imagine they may be using more durable materials here, so maybe I have nothing to worry about.

Functioned well. However, although on line this power adapter was stated to be compatible (with the 2015 MacBook Pro Retina 15 in model), I started having battery issues after using it for three days. I stopped using it and found the original one (which I thought was gone) and now no battery issues. So, while a good product, I would recommend checking additional sources when supporting your MacBook.

My previous charger was about 3 years old and the thinner end of the cord ripped. I bought this one and it's only been 3 months but it's still good as the day I bought it. It also charges quickly.

I finally bit the bullet and got the Apple cord for my 2013 Macbook rather than continuously buying Amazon off-brands as replacements for my original. It works flawlessly, and I should've bought it when my first one bit the dust!

OEM. This is the actual Apple power adapter!!! Don't waste your time and money with the fake products out there. I purchased two cheap/fake ones before admitting to myself that the authentic product is the best options.

Apple does it better than anyone. The generic cheaper power supply I got online lasted about a year before becoming a dangerous fire hazard. Buy Apple for your Apple products and don't look back. Quality is always the best buy.

My MacBook battery is completely dead at this point but this charger allows me to keep using it.

The charger works perfectly. If you have an older Mac, it’s still a very good charger.
