This Is Getting Ridiculous!

My lightning cords for my iPhone are frayed as well. Using electrical tape on them until I get new ones. THX APPLE! Slowed batteries, frayed cords! Whats next?

I was looking for a real Apple charger as opposed to third party options, which appear to cause problems for so many people, but I didn't want to pay full retail, as I do think some Apple products (this one included) are outrageously expensive. This open box edition did the trick.

So it is nice to have an extra power adapter to carry in the backpack and to connect it in the family room without having to drag along the one that comes with the laptops out of the office. It comes with an extender to lengthen an additional 5 feet if needed, but I usually just use the smaller part. No concerns about overheating. Bought it to replace the cord that came with the MacBook. Would definitely repurchase if ever need another one.
