    I buy several extra chargers and power adapters & keep them in multiple rooms around the house, instead of expecting my children (& myself), to remember to move & replace & keep track of them all. I also like to keep an adapter in my purse, &/or my car, so that no matter where I am, I can bring the cable that plugs into my car, into any home, hotel, etc... & be sure to have a charger.

    I bought this charger to use away from work, but I got the larger size (for 15" macbook), so I decided to use this one at work and take the one that I got with the macbook on the road. It has plenty of power to charge my 13" macbook, so it stays cooler. I got an open box unit, which saved me cash. My only complaint with them is that Apple charges so much money for them. That is why I got the open box unit.
