We received very good service from Geek Squad. I have a desk top that is 9 years old. I'm using it now and Geek Sqd. has kept it running very well. They have worked on it a couple of times in the store and also performed remote repairs 3 or 4 times.

Great product that works. Does what I need it to do.

There are several MagSafe power supplies for Mac portables. I wanted to be sure to get the right one. The young lady who helped me was right on track getting me a slightly larger supply than the one I needed to replace. It works perfectly.

Only purchased this because I lost my other charger. I've personally never had any issues with Apple chargers being poor quality.

One of the best features is the magnetic DC connector. Instead of having the MacBook crash to the floor (if you happen to trip over the cord when the laptop is plugged in) the magnetic connection pulls away from the computer...no damage done!

I needed a new charger for my 2015 MacBook Pro. I had purchased a discount one before that didn’t last, so I am hoping this genuine Apple charger will last. So far, so good.

Was purchased to replace adapter from the original. It is working as it should particularly also for the price paid. Moving forward, it is hoped that the cord would be made more sturdier to avoid it becoming frayed sooner than later.

Product is made by apple. It is great with one big exception! It's too expensive, I am a big believer that cables shouldn't cost so much but that being said the product meets all expectations

Needed replacement for my Mac Air, this worked as expected.

My old power adapter started fraying after 4 years of use, so I needed a new one. Works well, I like the magnetic feature, which prevents damage to connector and MacBook Pro. I now have two of these items for when I have to travel.

I was thinking of buying a non- apple charger online and saw a lot of bad reviews. I decided i needed an extra charger so I paid full price and use this at work as a secondary charger. Looking back now I can safely say it was a great purchase.
