    I bought this as an opened-box item. As the item arrived, the box look a little old, but when I took the product out to see it. The product is like 99% new and it works as usual. Note that this MagSafe 2 is for newer MacBook Pro (mine is an early 2015), while MagSafe 1 is for an older model. Make sure that you check your compatible MacBook.

    Once again, the new puppy decided another power block was a better chew toy than his stuffed animals. Couldn't figure out for a bit why laptop wasn't charging, until I pulled the cord from behind the desk to find it chewed through. Dog seems fine, so I guess the shock didn't hurt him.
