    These Apple adapters have, I think, gotten sturdier, but overall, they're too fragile - particularly given what they cost. I try to go with third-party options, but I often finding myself needing one in a pinch when the old one finally frays. They work just fine; they're just always a bit disappointing when you look at the price tag and think about how recently you bought the last one.

    My power cord for my Mac Book Pro came up missing and in a rush I started looking at big name stores since they where closer to my house. No even Staples had them in stock. Online order only. I decided to drive an hour away to Best Buy hoping they had one and thankfully they did! Thanks again Best Buy for saving the day again!!!

    Only option you really have to charge your MacBook. Expensive but you don't really have another choice.
