    The cord works fine. Many OEM models are much cheaper. Had to use this method because I needed it immediately. Apple is making a killing off of these because they are poorly constructed.

    Excellent product and beautifully engineered as are all Apple products. I am grateful that Best Buy carries Apple replacement parts. No need to order online and their service staff is the best.
