  • Good replacement cord for Apple laptop

    I purchased a replacement cord after the the original cord fell apart. The cord broke where the adapter connects to the laptop. The original cord and replacement cord are made identically. Unfortunately, no reinforcement or modifications to the weak spot of the cord were made. I do not think I mistreated or misused the original cord. The original cord lasted 4 years. I hope this one last at least that long.

    I needed an apple power adapter immediately as my other one was lost. I was able to find it in no time at Best Buy. Best Buy always comes through with all of my technology needs. I could not locate one at any other stores at the time

    Apple's original chargers are the only game in town for safe charging MagSafe2 devices, so there's not really much to say. However, unlike subsequent USB-C powered Macs and the latest MagSafe 3 Macs, the power brick of this generation has the cable permanently attached - so when the cable goes bad the whole brick needs to be replaced - online now when you can just replace the cable.

    Product performed as advertised. This was a replacement cored for my macbook pro. Prices for apple cord are ridiculous but you have to pay to play.
