It still had the brick and cables wrapped in its factory plastic, so I cannot complain at all. Works exactly as you'd expect a new Apple product to work. Totally worth getting the open box item at its discounted price. Thanks Best Buy!

Just what I needed

The replacement is what was needed and Best Buy had it. I grabbed it and the pick up was simple and easy. Good experience. Love Best Buy!

Cord from the transformer to my MacBook is stiffer than the original one that came with it. I wish the cord could be removed from the transformer for ease of storage while traveling.
