Replacement Power source because I lost my old one got this while it was on sale powers my MacBook air very quickly and also this version is small and discreet with plenty of power .

Not much to say here other than that it charges the macbook pro quickly and reliably. Just take care of the cable where it connects to the magnetic connector as it can fray if you abuse it.

If item is an Apple product… Like everyone knows you get what you pay for. It’s Apple so it’s always going to be great! And I’m glad that Best Buy sells this item!

This is the factory replacement for our 15" Macbook Pro with Retina Display. I can't think of anything else to say other than it is the right charger for those Apple products that use this charger.

Its good quality so its more dorable thsn previous models.

I've had a number of these power adapters for various Mac computers and they typically last me 2-3 years, whereas the computer itself typically lasts ms 3-5 years, so I pretty much buy a second one with every single computer. Now, until recently, I used my power adapters A LOT; sometimes wrapping and unwrapping them multiple times per day. With such heavy use, they usually start to fray around the part that connects the Magsafe end to the actual power brick, or right at the end with the Magsafe connector. However, I've also had them fray in the middle at various points, so it's not terribly well designed in my opinion. I have never had any issues with the other end (the thicker cable that plugs into the wall), but that's also detachable and much less costly to replace should it fray. I recently purchased a new adapter which I keep in my bag, and I'm using my old one (with multiple points surrounded with a plethora of electrical tape) at my office where it stays laying nicely on my desk. This means that my old one NEVER moves anymore and should not fray anywhere else, while the one in my bag gets used FAR less frequently (like usually only on weekends now). I'm hoping that this change will make the new adapter last a lot longer, but only time can really tell. Overall, it's a decent power adapter, but it's expensive and for the price, I would expect a higher build quality; especially coming from Apple.

Purchased two of them as I carry my laptop to and form the office! I keep this Magsafe adapter in the office! I am very pleased with this purchase and the Adapter performs flawlessly!

Exact replacement for my original charger. Fast charging and the cord appears to be thicker and better than the original!

I purchased the Apple - 85W MagSafe 2 Power Adapter with Magnetic DC Connector - White. It charges much faster than the regular size cube that comes with the phone.

Needed a replacement charger for my MacBook Property. Bought an open box model because I didn't need anything pristine. I just needed it to work. Works as it is supposed to. No problems.

I mean they are good until they’re not! It’s not when your cord starts to burn up it’s when! Obviously a necessity for your computer but they definitely start to split after a year!

Well, my original charger got destroyed by my kitten. I was not happy needless to say. Purchased this one and it works perfect. Bet I keep this one put up!!!

I've had my Macbook Pro since 2015 now and finally time to replace the adaptor. Apple is expensive but a quality product. Better to go OEM.

I purchase a couple of non-Apple charger in the past, but after having them fail I went back to the Apple chargers. The only issue with them is that the rubber on the cord from the charger to the computer eventually gets brittle.

I bought it as open box product, it works great, never had any issue!

It is great that Best Buy sells replacement power supplies for MacBook Pro computers because once yours fails and the battery dies you are in deep trouble when you are working on a class project.

Apple products deserve Apple products! I bought a new cord after five years. Most cords do not last as long and need to be replaced, I expect this product to last as long.

This product works just the way it is suppose to work. You plug it in, and the Mac powers up. The only thing that I wish that it had is a longer cord. Other than that it is fine.

When the magnetic DC connector became frayed and wouldn't bring power to my laptop, I chose Best Buy on Sunrise rather than drive to the Galleria in Roseville. I was pleasantly surprised that BB had one in stock. I was back home and in business in less than an hour.

OEM accessories like this are a must, especially when they are related to bringing electrical charges onto your electronic equipment. Cost more but has more reliability and dependability.
