I also like to keep an adapter in my purse, &/or my car, so that no matter where I am, I can bring the cable that plugs into my car, into any home, hotel, etc... & be sure to have a charger.

Good Apple AC Power Adapter

Got an open box - works great

It has plenty of power to charge my 13" macbook, so it stays cooler. I got an open box unit, which saved me cash. My only complaint with them is that Apple charges so much money for them. That is why I got the open box unit.

Mediocre

Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Unfortunately, I had to exchange this, after having to replace the 4 year old original. The charger intermittently failed to charge and light up. I'm a bit disappointed. I hope this 1 works at least as well and as long as the original. Hard to answer some the questions because I wouldn't necessarily recommend this but it is required, if you'd like to use your Macbook.
