Doesn’t fit in the ear well, it always feels like it’s about to fall out and sometimes it does. Not recommended

The item is amazing.Only dislike was the waiting period due to low stock.Purchased item in June,was not able to pick up item until July.

These AirPods keep falling out of my ear, I do not recommend them. The original older model is much better.

I bought these because I wanted AirPods for a while but they weren’t as good as what I was told they were. So I returned and upgraded to the AirPods Pro

I bought myself the new 3rd generation air pods for my birthday. Received them a couple of days after they were released and worked exactly 2 times with very low quality audio. I tried for weeks to get in tough with someone in customer service only to finally get through to a live person and be told that i am now past the date to return the item. I hve shopped at best buy for decades and this is the worst customer service and purchase i have ever made.

There not that great the pros are far more superior than these so if you do buy AirPods go with pros!!

Was excited to get new AirPods considering how much I loved the original ones. These new ones feel uncomfortably big in my ears, and downright painful after a short while, and I’m a guy. My wife could barely even get them in her ears. Don’t know why they made them bigger. Returning them immediately.

The original AirPods are better and more comfortable than these. Also they constantly fell out of ear

Picked these up out of the box with a popping and whining sound coming from the right airpod. Had to go and exchange them for another pair.

Very easy to slide off ear and loose. Needs to add support.

Don’t connect well and when talking they always saying there not hearing properly

Not what I expected. It’s too low, not sound proof . Uncomfortable fit in ears .

Got for my daughter she did dont like them they kept falling out of her ears.

Does Not Have Active Noise Cancellation which the AirPods Pro do but not these

Beware, product states that they have the noise cancelling option. They in fact do not. I brought this up to their online chat person john and they were not helpful at all. These are almost exactly the same as the airpods 2nd gen and NOT worth the extra money.

was sent an EMPTY BOX after spending a decent amount of time and money in the store. make me wait longer, to have an empty box arrive after the date it was to be gifted but i'm given an empty box and then told i just have to call a phone number and see how they can hash it out. what a joke.

The right airpod suddenly went bad and has only 50% of the volume.

Can’t connect to my phone. I don’t like how you answer and play and stop music.

Doesn’t fit completely in ear no matter how you position it.
