I don’t like that they’re too big for the ears and that the tappiing options have been removed and the button has been put on the inner portion of the earbud that’s hard to get to.

The headphone are very esthetic but the headphones is not as good as the previous apple headset. As soon as you walk out of the room, you'll start to hear sound issues.

Like most Apple products, these are superior quality. The issue is that they run out of charge very quickly. I've owned other blue tooth devices that stay charged much longer.

The product quality is good but couple times lost from my ears

Did not fit ears well. AirPods Pro 2 we’re a superior product. I returned these and got those. You in fact get what you pay for.

These are some of the worst earbuds I've ever came across. I'm an audiophile. I should have known from the faint crackling in the right earbud that they were going to be an issue. The fact that Apple and Best Buy do not even include the technical specs in terms of audio should have been the first warning. Crutchfield does not even have any ratings. I'm sure they're fine if you don't care much for audio quality and are probably good for phone calls. However, as many other people have stated, these DO NOT FIT GOOD. I have read about people complaining about being too painful, but I couldn't even give it enough time to reach that point as they kept falling out. It's an issue when I only stand up and they fall out. I cannot even fathom how people use these while exercising. The spatial audio is unique. Can't say it's good in my opinion. The auto-panning from left to right becomes annoying if you simply turn your head. Can it be turned off? No idea. I decided not to waste any more time with these and find out. Returning them. The price for "quality" is alarming. Sure, spend over $170 (at the time of this review) solely for phone calls, while sitting down, not moving your head. They will be lost if you sneeze. Either look for a different brand, such as Bose, or pay for the Airpod Pro's. After this experience, I would suggest to just avoid any Apple audio product.

Air Pods Pro fit better with the silicone tips. These won't stay on my ears if I move my head

They weren’t as comfortable as I would have liked. Base and battery life was good, but lacked comfort.

Daughter did not like these, bigger than the original ones and constantly fell out of her ears, switched for pros

Not at all happy with these. They have fallen out of my ears TOO many times. The stick on the ear bud is very short. Whatever you do do not wear these over anything that they’ll slip out and fall into to be gone forever, because I guarantee that’s when they’ll fall out.

I have desktop where I work ..I use iphone 10. I purchased this thinking that it would work with both of them but it Did not work for my desktop with Bluetooth

After a year with bet minimal use one of the buds always holds a very weak charge. Total waste of money

Was so excited to replace my 2nd Gen AirPods with the 3rd Gen… however, I could not have been more disappointed. The earpieces are HUGE and do not fit in my ears… not sure what Apple was thinking with the redesign on this one!

They kept falling out my ears. I almost lost them twice. However, Nice quality.

The sound quality is great and the new features are an awesome upgrade. Definitely worth the money... just make sure they fit your ears!!! They slowly but surely slip out of my ears no matter how far I push them in or how much I twist/adjust them. I did a lot of research to find a solution to the problem and the best option is to just downgrade to gen 2. Sad to see all the cool features go, but happy to get a pair of airpods that will stay in my ears!

This is the second pair of buds that one stops working after a year of use. Not impressed.

Will not stay in my ears, other than that good sound and battery quality

I have ordered the newer Airpod 3rd Gen and wasn't as happy as I expected. They sit well but do not deliver the sound quality that I was hoping for.

A little too big for the ear canal. Constantly falling out can’t keep them on the ear. Not the best design.

I had air pro’ and the reason why I like them is that they fixes better in the ear and overall!! I’m going back to get what I think is best for me.
