Charging issues. Big concerns about prod quality

I’m a week into the new pair and the charging is spotty again. I need to maker sure that the headphones are placed just right to ensure they charge. Pretty frustrating when one is fully charged and one is totally dead. I also hate my IPhone 12 Pro. I think Apple fell off.

These AirPods are expensive I don't see anything special in them, I Guess time will tell for now its just there my 50$ Jlab air-buds works same. nothing fancy other than price.

New Design, Same sound

Will be returning and sticking with gen two
