They all out of my ears all the time! I even bought the ear slim covers to make them stay in and that didn't work either!

Probably the most uncomfortable headphones i’ve ever purchased, hurts my ears after 5 minutes of use and gives me a headache if i keep them in. Stick with gen 2 or upgrade to the pro’s if you’re looking for airpods

Not happy with them, they do not stay in my ears. I have never had a problem with the first or second generation. Loves in shut off and fast forward option but it’s not worth losing them.

dont waist your money they dont sound as good as the regular airpods they were uncomfortable in ear always kept falling out constanly had to readjust them bad sound quality

They keep falling out my ears. Everyone seems to know about the issue, so I don’t understand why Apple isn’t doing anything about it. I don’t expect they’ll last long.

Sound quality is ok, but the pods' design is terrible it keep falling of my ear at the gym!! I had Samsung buds live and it was amazingly designed to fit in the ear and never popped out not even once.

Bought a pair of airpods with with case. I also got the 2 year warranty as well. When the airpods where in the case, somehow it opened and my earbuds fell out. The case is not supposed to just open by itself. When i talked to someone at the store they couldn't help me. Then with my warranty they said the warranty didn't mean anything for my purchase and what happened so what is the purpose in getting a warranty if its no use.

I was not a fan of these i tried them and they fell out of my ear. i had to search really hard to find it when it fell

THE ABSOLUTE WORST. I can't believe I gave up my airpods pro for this garbage. I had to replace my first pair because i thought it was damaged 'cause the left airpod wouldn't work more times that it does, but even the replacement had the same issue. It keeps disconnecting from my phone, especially the left one. I have to keep unpairing it and pairing it again. and it's not my phone that has the problem 'cause even it does it to my macbook and my razer book. It's not worth the money. I can't wait for the next airpods pro so I can burn this garbage 3rd gen.

Had to return them because they didn’t fit in my ear. They would slowly pop out. Returned them and got the 2nd gen.

Not loud enough also don’t like that fact that you have to actually click the headphones to pause or change the song they would be better if they were just a touch like the rest of them

Unless you have huge ear canals, they fall out. I’m a big guy and they don’t fit.

Lousy design. Just kept falling off my ears. Old AirPods were much better. I am an average guy with average ears. Returned for a refund.

My daughter didn’t like these, she said they just fall out her ears. I just had to get the the 2nd generation

Apple excels at making heasphones thet cause me physical pain. The original airpod design is perfectly comfortable for me, but these and airpod pros cause me pretty intense pain after only an hour or less.

Again the same as the air pod pros. HORRIBLE FIT!!!!!! They fall right out of my wife's ears. Garbage design, will be returning these as well.

DO NOT BUY IT!!!! Here 3 reason why you should buy the apple AirPods pro. 1) Feel Cheap 2) Ear piece does not stay in your ear 3) Sound quality is bad

It's some what good as a audiophile. I have come to find out that the wired apple headphones sound way better than these. The spatial audio doesn't make any difference from the normal audio

They fall out of my ears. I regret this purchase but the short Best Buy return window has passed. Nothing I do helps them work properly.
