    Watch out! These AirPods are a backward step. They don’t have noise canceling, and you can’t control the volume from the AirPods.

    I have purchased every version of air pods, including pro. The 3rd generation are the first ones that have an odd fit and do not fit comfortably. Returning.

  • Poor quality. Product lasted 13 months.

    I purchased this product in November 2021 and lasted 13 months until I started hearing buzzing in the left AirPod. I scheduled an appointment in Apple Store to fix the issue. They tested out both AirPods and told me that both were malfunctioning, but because I didn’t purchase the pro service for them there was nothing that I could do about it and that I have to buy new airpods $90 each. Don’t buy this product, it really doesn’t worth it. $200 for 13 months.

    My partner has been wanting some AirPods for a year so I got them for his birthday and he was so happy and loves them, they get daily use while he’s working!
