Was sold defective airpods

Received them a couple of days after they were released and worked exactly 2 times with very low quality audio. I tried for weeks to get in tough with someone in customer service only to finally get through to a live person and be told that i am now past the date to return the item. I hve shopped at best buy for decades and this is the worst customer service and purchase i have ever made.

They don’t fit me or my wife’s ears.

These new ones feel uncomfortably big in my ears, and downright painful after a short while, and I’m a guy. My wife could barely even get them in her ears. Don’t know why they made them bigger. Returning them immediately.

I brought this up to their online chat person john and they were not helpful at all. These are almost exactly the same as the airpods 2nd gen and NOT worth the extra money.
