Good sound quality. The sound quality is a 4 stars. However, I gave it a 3 star due to the bulkiness design that makes my ears uncomfortable and cause slight pain after using for about an hour.

This was a great gift for the holidays! Best Buy always has the best deals and always arrives on time! I bought a couple of items this year and they were all great especially the quality!

Bought for daughter. She likes it. Only complaint was a static noise at one point on the left bud and she couldn't hear music but it stopped and worked again. She likes it the airpod overall

My only complaint on these is the fit, they definitely do not fit my ears well and are loose so I had to get silicone adapters to put in them. The only frustrating part is no one would know that until they get them and try it on.

The AirPods have Good sound quality and feel good on the ears but shortly after I bought them someone stole them at school which sucks :/ but it is what it is

Product is amazing but what I am grateful for is the customer services I received from Best Buy customers services I appreciate them for hiring employees that are willing to work for us the people and have excellent customer service

Best buy is the best place for me when buying electronic gadgets. Awesome prices. This AirPods are super nice. I bought one for my wife and one for my son. Delivery was also quick and awesome.

This Apple AirPods are great. They sync up with my iPhone to listen to music, audiobooks, and phone calls. The charging case works well and makes taking them with you easy.

When I went in the store I didn’t see the Air Pods. A check register agent saw me looking bewildered and said they were kept behind the counter. My only issue, which was no one’s fault but mine, was I thought I was buying the latest model and I wasn’t. I’ve had these drop out of my ear and they hurt sometimes.
