    Not real thrilled with these headphones. My right earphone falls out all the time. The sound isn’t great, and occasionally my left earbud won’t charge! Very annoying.

    Purchased these thinking they would last for years. One year later, one side does not work. Have to buy new ones. Now I have Apple care so I can be covered if this happens again!

    Great features & sound, but the fit isn’t right. If you try to work out with these they will fall out of your ears unless you’re constantly re-positioning them. Returned these and bought the 2nd generation model again as they fit great. Everyone’s ears are different, but if 2nd gen fit well for you then these ones most likely will not.
