    Bought these as a replacement for the same pair. My daughter loves them, but the previous pair developed some poor sound quality in one of the pods after 2.5 years, otherwise would’ve rated a 5. Liked the trade-in option. Good customer service at Best Buy.

    If Apple could only figure out how to keep these in my daughter's ears without losing them, I would give this 5 stars... but wishful thinking. Outside of losing them, works just fine

    All that money, no wireless charging I find that funny and the blood only fit in my ears. I have small ears. The pros about this is the sound in the microphone when you’re on a phone call the person and can hear you clearly.

    Sounds is good, but it seems tough to keep them from falling out of ear as they’re so big. I’ve seen tips on twisting them in ear but that so far does not work for me, and they fall out easily anyway!

    Great overall just a great pair of AirPods unfortunately I lost mine but the delivery was amazing and I buy things from best buy occasionally and I really love Best Buy for devices I never knew I needed
