Beware! Best Buy will still send you used items even if you purchase it as new. I bought these AirPod as new and paid the price as a new airpod but I received a very used AirPod! The airpod had someones ear wax full inside the ear bud and it was already registered as "Rajesh's AirPods" when i tried to connect it to bluetooth. Definitely disgusting and now i have to take some time out of my day to make the return.

Dont get these if you’ve already tried every earbuds and the only ones that work for you are first gen and second gen airpods. JUST STICK TO THOSE. DONT GO TO AIRPODS PRO. DONT TRY THE THIRD GEN. THESE WILL NOT FIT IN YOUR EAR AND STAY IN YOUR EAR NO MATTER HOW HARD YOU WANT THEM TO.

Love these AirPods. Just what I needed for work, car rides and the gym. Ordered online and they were ready same day.

Came in on time. Left AirPod stopped working after 3 weeks, had to reset. Stopped working again 2 weeks later, tried to reset again didn’t work. Took in for service, still doesn’t work.
