Havent had these for very long and one of them stopped working. The volume on these doesn't go very high either.

Pros: Price to value is the best, sound is solid, bass is good, Magsafe is a must for $10+ Cons: Doesn't fit in my 13 year olds year

Every time I go to this Best Buy to pick up orders it take minimum 30 minutes waiting in line while there’s one cashier I feel bad for them. The product works great use them everyday

I bought these and the left ear bud was faulty. Called apple and they recommended retuening them. I did and best buy did an exchange. Apple products for me dontnseem to hold up very well.

I never got the other Pro headphones because of the type of ear pieces but these are so great! They don’t fall out or hurt my ears!

I have tried all brands of ear buds. These by fat arw the best ones on the market rihht rigjt. Well worth the extra money for them.

Quality sounds is good just has some connectivity issues and need to keep turn on my Bluetooth off and on to have them connected. It does slip out of my ear.

Buyer Beware when ordering from a third person Marketplace Commision Revenue with Best Buy, I never did receive my order they were no help in tracking my order, they placed no loss on my package and would not file a claim with FedEx took a photo of said item on a mailroom floor and claims because of that photo my order was considered delivered. It was not put in my mailbox or a locker not dropped at my door just on the mailroom floor In a large apartment complex.

The sound quality is not bad. I’m not too satisfied with the product. The AirPods constantly fall out my ears I prefer the 2nd generation better.

Loved how easy the set up rocess was. Liked the quailty of the product. Enjoyed the nice sound quality the headphones produced.

I bought these brand new but on sale because black friday i did not purchase them used but they came unwrapped and not new. i called for a replacement and they canceled it. bad experience

Man was I surprised when these did not charge wireless, agent said they would but found out they did not. They work great just blows for that reason.

They worked for a month before crapping out and now I have to figure out how to get them repaired or replaced since they're out of return window but supposedly still under apple warranty

They don’t fit in my ears as well as my bose earbuds, I will say the extra feature when you pair with an apple decide are nice.

The button on this newer generation air pod is not as convenient as the touch pad before. Also, the shape and a bigger size of these don't fit my ear as well.

They stopped working less than a year now I have to send them in for repairs

Took a couple tries to figure out what was different on these over the ones I had before. Once I got used to them they work great. I use 1 at a time for work calls so I can go almost all day.

I got them for my nephew and he loved them. I bought them online and received them in a couple of days. They were perfect.

Bought these after losing one of my second gens and i can definitely say the uograde was worth it. Sound quality is great.

They’re not bad, they would fall out of my ears when I would talk and the spatial audio takes some getting used to. I ended up returning them and getting the 2nd gen instead.
