Not comfortable

They are far too large for smaller ears and hurt after wearing for some time. I use them for work so comfort is important and the reason they lost 2 stars for me

Too big for my ears

These are too big for my ears and just don’t fit well. They hurt a little after wearing for a bit. The software is different too. No more double tap controls

Do not stay seated in ears.

Here’s why -no matter what I do they will not stay in my ears. I wish I’d brought them back the same day. Apple-there is a design flaw in these buds. Please figure out a fix so they stay in my ears.
