I didnt like these airpods only because they arent loud like the airpod pros. I love new style of these. I know people who don’t like the pros would like these

They fall off easily your better off paying for the pros.

Sound quality is ok. Don't stay in my ears very well.

This is not working properly and they replace with new one. They ordered for me the new one but yesterday in the delivery one Airpod is missing and it is not pairing properly also and it is old one it is not the new one.

I Got some gifts for my wife’s parents at our wedding, AirPods were not pros as I had asked for when I got back from overseas with my wedding. I asked for them to be returned. They laughed at me said no we don’t do that and basically get out of my face attitude. No, we don’t accept trafes. I am an apple person, but I truly hate these AirPods….I have been trying to use them for a couple weeks and one of them continually falls out of my ear. Can I exchange them for the old style??

I dont like the insurance, the price is to high It is more expensive than what you buy them for

I don't understand how these are an improvement from the 2nd generation in terms of sound quality. If anything they are worse! The "spatial audio", I do not think works; I don't notice a difference except for an inconvenient echo.

They have some odd issues for being a brand new pair.

People can hear the music from my headphones and there not even at full volume. And sometimes they just mess up idk why but this my only time have problems with Apple products

When I first bought the Earpieces they worked properly. The product sat in my purse for about a year, then tried to use the earpieces on the plane, but the left ear had no sound.

Not loud enough . When on the phone people still hear background noise when they are supposed to cancel out noise . Static sound also

We bought these AirPods from Best Buy in February 2024 for my sons birthday, and they’ve now been replaced at the Apple Store 4 times in 7 months due to audio failures. Unfortunately Best Buy is unwilling to do anything to accept a return for credit or trade up for a better product, and Apple is okay with doing nothing beyond replacing them every 5-7 weeks when they fail again. Poor quality product and even worse customer satisfaction.

Stopped working after 6 months even after few times gentle used
