Stopped working after 6 months even after few times gentle used

They are too large for the average ear canal. They don’t stay in place and fall out with slight head movement (which means all day, you’re checking to ensure, it’s still there). The reception is wonderful, but that doesn’t matter when the device falls out every few minutes. This was a really bad attempt at an upgrade. Apple will need to go back to the drawing board on this one.

My ears are small so they are uncomfortable to wear

Excellent product but were not comfortable in ears

Really disappointed in these. They keep falling out of my ears, and I find it difficult to keep them on especially when I’m working out. Should’ve gotten the AirPod Max Pro.

My oldest granddaughter wanted new AirPods for Xmas and I suggested the airpod pros but she decided she didn't want me to spend the extra money. I think any of these are great.

Worst earbuds I have ever owned...... can't hear anyone, the people on the other end are constantly complaining they can't hear me.... calls, literally go 'blank' as if hung up on, then they come back..... Wouldn't recommend these at all.... sadly, Best buy only gave me 2 weeks with which I could have returned then... and now am stuck with $150 pieces of crap.

Broke after 2 months and they want to send it to Apple it may take up to 2 weeks and it only give 2 weeks to return to store . I owe galaxy buds they went to the washer and dryer and still work after 3 years

They hurt my ears because they’re bigger than the gen 1”s. Why they changed the size is crazy. Good quality sound

The size of the new AirPods are really difficult to fit in the ear. I ended up having to return them as I was worried they would fall out throughout the day.

Hi, when I place the order for the AirPods I chose pick up option. I was a little scared because I’m a minor, so I have no government ID but they let me use my school ID.

These really suck they keep coming off my ear. I almost lost them about 5 times the first day I purchased them. Then I forgot I had to return them and my expiration date expired! Not happy at all with these AirPods

The right AirPod barely had sound coming through when I first got them and then after a couple months they stopped charging completely , I got apple care but they have yet to send anything to be able to send it off to be fixed or replaced. I’ve had two pairs of the second generation before this and loved them , never had any problems

They keep disconnecting from my phone!! It’s annoying and Best Buy couldn’t do anything about it they just referred me to Apple even thou it was under a year I purchased these!! Not cool

Product not what I expected. I thought they would work and stay in my EST better then any other earbuds. That was not the case. I was thoroughly disappointed in this purchase and the lack of quality that Apple had produced here.

These things keep falling out of my ear. There’s not much that can keep them in. I have tried it multiple items to help secure them in my ear. They fall out as soon as I put them in.
