Not even one month old and one of the pods is much weaker than the other one. To find out that this is common in this product. I wish I would’ve known. 

Horrible fit. Would not buy again, AirPods Pro work a lot better.

These are made too small and fall out very easily. The voice isolation is great but that's it. I regret this purchase.

These airpods are falling out half of the time! Whenever I lay down they do not stay in my ear. Whenever I am moving around in them I feel they will fly out.

I like the airpods and glad they had them in stock as other stores be soldout or price jacked up.

Worst online experience I’ve ever had. No ordering from Best Buy again. Ordered 19th for 23rd. Now 1/06 still no item. Chatted a few times, promised replacement was being sent. Was never sent. Called for refund and now have to wait up to 10 days for the refund. Actual awful customer service. Best Buy used to be a good company to deal with. Never again.

Extremely disappointed! Was really looking forward to using these, however they do not have any way to adjust for different ears. They are hard plastic and do not fit my ears and due to this the sound is poor and they fall out. Purchased separate Best Buy essentials Apple AirPod accessories to adjust fit but they do not work for me.

Caused ear aches and now it’s hard to hear out of both ears. It’s not designed for all ears

I bought these for a Christmas gift for my teenaged grandson and he absolutely loved them.

Loving it, I recently went from airpod pro to 3rd i don’t mind not having the cancellation.

they constantly fall out of my ear if i'm not conscious that they're there. But overall, they're ok. Could be better.

How does this product have such great reviews? The left AirPod can’t maintain a charge. I believe this is an overall reflection of Apple products. My new iPhone died a little over a year after purchasing and my last pair of AirPods only lasted about a year. Apple products are too expensive to only have a shelf life of one year.

They are good. Just didn’t fit right. Kept falling out. Bummer because I really needed an upgrade from my 1st gen series.

They don’t fit well and the quality is poor the sound is bad others can’t hear me

Item does not fit well in ear canal & requently pops out causing loss. This version is larger & very uncomfortable.
