It was supposed to be a gift to someone in Texas (I reside in Florida), and the delivery status was never updated. It took me reaching out to Customer Service to get a status update, and ended up getting a refund. Better to buy in store and ship it yourself

AppleCare is a joke. Now I have to wait 1-2 weeks just to see if they can fix my headphones. Glad I never got rid of my gen 2 AirPod they work and are more comfortable to wear
