Unnecessary design way to bulky

When I connect them to my phone it says “not your airpods” and the AirPods are named Adam’s airpods (I have no idea who Adam is). I can’t believe Best Buy would lie and say that the product is brand new when it is clearly used.

These AirPods are just ridiculous. Don’t fit the ears right, fall out my taking a small walk. Don’t recommend. Buy the originals until you can’t. My opinion.

Waste of Time

I purchased as a gift so I gave away 2 months as I got on sale. Turns out this product was faulty and would not charge case. Best Buy says it was past return window and I need to contact Apple.
