    Upgraded from the Airpods 2 - they definitely sound great but they dont fit comfortably in my ears.

    It’s a pretty good ear piece love the fact that it actually stays in your ear. The only problem I have is that after a while was no one was able to hear me food the right ear bud. Then I took it to beat buy for repair the told me they did a diagnostic test and nothing was wrong with it. I’m still not able to speak through the right ear bud

    I like them, but 3 weeks after buying, one airpod just stopped working for no reason. I tried everything I could find online, now I'm contacting support. I've had another pair so they're great when they don't break.

    The quality is good and the charging case works very well. Still getting used to these airpods. I wish they felt more secure in my ears. I have tried the tip of turning the stem toward my face, but over time, the airpods work loose and sometimes fall out. The design seems to lack a way to counter this problem. Sound quality is excellent!

    The problem with this earpod is that they don't fit well in the ear, they fall out, they're too big, for me, I'm a petite woman, they fall out a lot. The sound and the battery are fine, but I think I'll buy a set of the first generation of these earphones since those do fit well in the ear and don't fall out.

    Love these! Typical excellent Apple quality they are just a tad wide for my ears ( but mine are a bit small) wish there was a way to help keep from losing one :( Bit Apple overall never disappoints
