The only drawback I have is the shape of the pod does not quite fit my ear whereas previous AirPod version did. So, the AirPod has fallen out of my ear a few times while jogging. So, I love the technology, just concerned over the fit.

Very helpful, attentive people you have working there. Super cool and answered all my questions in a timely and professional manner. They were also bumping Meshuggah’s 2nd album in the back which was pretty cool.
