Good product but beware if your ears are smaller they might not fit.

I am thrilled I got this for myself, instrumental and liberating as I can do many things and still listen to my favorite songs or podcasts.

Bought these for my girlfriend as an upgrade to the gen 1s. She is every happy and uses them all the time. Very nice to not have gel inserts as well

Like them the sound is great, but they keep falling out of my ear.

Bought these as a replacement for the same pair. My daughter loves them, but the previous pair developed some poor sound quality in one of the pods after 2.5 years, otherwise would’ve rated a 5. Liked the trade-in option. Good customer service at Best Buy.

My daughter loves these headphones. We typically lean towards Apple products, and she hasn’t complained once about these headphones other than she forgot to charge them. Highly recommended!

Five star rating, even though these didn’t fit my ears when I returned these headphones the customer service was great

When I went in the store I didn’t see the Air Pods. A check register agent saw me looking bewildered and said they were kept behind the counter. My only issue, which was no one’s fault but mine, was I thought I was buying the latest model and I wasn’t. I’ve had these drop out of my ear and they hurt sometimes.

If Apple could only figure out how to keep these in my daughter's ears without losing them, I would give this 5 stars... but wishful thinking. Outside of losing them, works just fine

These are the best earphones compared to the other headphones in my opinion. I’m not a fan of the gummy ones they hurt my ear and with these I can wear them for a while.

Great audio and are more comfortable than the airpod pro 2nd gen.

Sounds is good, but it seems tough to keep them from falling out of ear as they’re so big. I’ve seen tips on twisting them in ear but that so far does not work for me, and they fall out easily anyway!

I wanted to love them. But with haven little ears. They don’t fit.

Excellent ear buds only complaint is that they a bit big but work fine for what I need them for but someone with smaller ears will have some trouble

I went from the 2nd generation and i used to feel some pain in my ear and always had to take my earpod out for some time. Now these are so lightweight it doesnt bother me at all i forget they’re in my ear most days.

Great and fast customer service. I would recommend this to all my friends.
