    Ear buds break to easy. I dropped my ear bud on the floor then started to get problems with people not hearing my with incoming calls. Also my right ear bud don’t get no call reception

    For some reason I think this was refurbished but I bought is as brand new. It takes long to connect, sometimes the sound is very bad.my last time buying anything from best buy
