Poor communication

When I check the order the next day it said shipped but when it didn’t arrive and I checked again it says delayed. Call customer service and they weren’t able to give me any answers. Hope I get the purchase by Christmas.

The active noise cancellation and transparency mode definitely enhanced the overall listening experience. Additionally, the improved battery life and wireless charging capabilities were appreciated.

Crappy Customer Service

Tested them out before contacting best buy only to find out there was nothing to be done but be out of $200 because they had a 15 day policy. Horrible experience over all. Still have not received emails for the free trials they claimed I'd get.

There is a glitch of sound sometimes as well while listening music as well. Not happy with this product at all.
