Easy to use, I love the case and charging ability. I am new to Apple and or iPhones however, it was really easy to use and pair to my son’s iPhone. Not that it is a negative, but if I were to purchase a pair for myself, I would probably get a pair with silicone to adjust in the ear cavity. No surprises, the product description is accurate. I’m happy with my purchase!
