Left Airpod is missing

They ordered for me the new one but yesterday in the delivery one Airpod is missing and it is not pairing properly also and it is old one it is not the new one.

I asked for them to be returned. They laughed at me said no we don’t do that and basically get out of my face attitude. No, we don’t accept trafes. I called Best Buy and they said that you do accept trades and then they offered me $46 for what I just paid 175 for I left him a review in Warner Robins, Georgia with Shawn as the store manager. "spatial audio" = annoying echo

If anything they are worse! The "spatial audio", I do not think works; I don't notice a difference except for an inconvenient echo.
