Not loud enough . When on the phone people still hear background noise when they are supposed to cancel out noise . Static sound also

We bought these AirPods from Best Buy in February 2024 for my sons birthday, and they’ve now been replaced at the Apple Store 4 times in 7 months due to audio failures. Unfortunately Best Buy is unwilling to do anything to accept a return for credit or trade up for a better product, and Apple is okay with doing nothing beyond replacing them every 5-7 weeks when they fail again. Poor quality product and even worse customer satisfaction.

I had to return the first pair to to my left AirPod not charging and now it’s disconnecting from my phone whenever it wants not worth the money

When I first bought the Earpieces they worked properly. The product sat in my purse for about a year, then tried to use the earpieces on the plane, but the left ear had no sound.

They are too large for the average ear canal. They don’t stay in place and fall out with slight head movement (which means all day, you’re checking to ensure, it’s still there). The reception is wonderful, but that doesn’t matter when the device falls out every few minutes. This was a really bad attempt at an upgrade. Apple will need to go back to the drawing board on this one.

My ears are small so they are uncomfortable to wear

Really disappointed in these. They keep falling out of my ears, and I find it difficult to keep them on especially when I’m working out. Should’ve gotten the AirPod Max Pro.

My oldest granddaughter wanted new AirPods for Xmas and I suggested the airpod pros but she decided she didn't want me to spend the extra money. I think any of these are great.

Worst earbuds I have ever owned...... can't hear anyone, the people on the other end are constantly complaining they can't hear me.... calls, literally go 'blank' as if hung up on, then they come back..... Wouldn't recommend these at all.... sadly, Best buy only gave me 2 weeks with which I could have returned then... and now am stuck with $150 pieces of crap.

Broke after 2 months and they want to send it to Apple it may take up to 2 weeks and it only give 2 weeks to return to store . I owe galaxy buds they went to the washer and dryer and still work after 3 years

They hurt my ears because they’re bigger than the gen 1”s. Why they changed the size is crazy. Good quality sound

Sales rep was very knowledgeable and helped make the best choice out of your selection. The air pods work beautifully and I’m very pleased that our granddaughter loves them!

The size of the new AirPods are really difficult to fit in the ear. I ended up having to return them as I was worried they would fall out throughout the day.

Hi, when I place the order for the AirPods I chose pick up option. I was a little scared because I’m a minor, so I have no government ID but they let me use my school ID.

I didn’t like how it felt in my ear. I much prefer the 1st gen.

These really suck they keep coming off my ear. I almost lost them about 5 times the first day I purchased them. Then I forgot I had to return them and my expiration date expired! Not happy at all with these AirPods
