The earbuds are as advertised and fit the need of people who are looking for the new tech with the old earbud shape.

I have the Total Tech warranty. I tried using my benefits and discovered that it doesn’t cover Apple products. Luckily, I had “Apple Care.” They advised me to schedule an appointment with the Geek Squad to have the pods “analyzed.” When I returned, I was told to schedule an appointment with the Apple store because they couldn’t help me. Every employee was rude and uncooperative. What a waste of time and money.

I bought these for my granddaughter for her birthday. She was more than delighted and said they work beautifully.

The item was returned unopened due to multiple shipping delays. Best Buy refuses to refund the $130 in points used to make the purchase. I contacted them multiple times, and they keep pushing out the date of when I should get it. Hopefully, this review will get someone's attention and deal with the issue.

Really love the AirPods! But the charging case broke within 6 weeks of purchasing. I bought them brand new and kept them in great condition.. this shouldn’t happen

I bought it on sale apple rarely has sales it was only 10 dollars but it’s the newest version great product

They need ear pads. I am going up I return the ones I have and get the airpods with the padding so they stay in your ears

One the same day I bought it, it had sound quality issues and figment was terrible. It would constantly fall out and felt unpleasant to keep in my ear. I would not recommend this model.

Sound quality is overrated and they lasted less than three months before having problems with clarity and volume

Only 1 earphone would charge or be recognized by the case. Best Buy was great in accepting and exchanging at a different location while I was traveling on business.

They do not stay in my ear ive tried everything. Soynds is ok. Doeseby have noise canceling. My beats we're better and cheaper than this.

Fell out my ears 4 times. This seems common. Why can't Apple simply make the circular part that goes in your ear a tad bit smaller. I think that would solve the problem.

These airpods were awful, I’d save the money and either buy the Airpod Pros or switch to something slightly less expensive like Sont or Beats, I’ve used all three generations of airpods and these have to be the worst by far. Not sure how the quality goes down in upgrades but? Sounds are muffled, there’s no noise cancellation and they’re super uncomfortable. They slip out constantly.

It was a gift for my wife, but the case didnt charge wirelessly at all, huge dissapointment called best buy service rep and was told cant do anything about it even if i had the recipt also my wife didnt want to give then up becsuse it was her first set of airpods but didnt know that the case wasnt going to charge again very disappointed with the product and how staff handled the situation

They hurt my ears. They don’t allow me to make calls when I have my right headphone in, not even use Siri. Sometimes they just shut off

So uncomfortable; the 2nd generation is so much better
