Broke within three months of owning the headphones and the right headphone doesn't fit my ear.

I am a little disappointed that my purchase has not shipped yet. When I check the order the next day it said shipped but when it didn’t arrive and I checked again it says delayed. Call customer service and they weren’t able to give me any answers. Hope I get the purchase by Christmas.

They are really good, but could have a better shape, sometimes on intense moves it falls of the ears.

Great product with excellent sound quality, seamless connectivity, and comfortable fit. The active noise cancellation and transparency mode definitely enhanced the overall listening experience. Additionally, the improved battery life and wireless charging capabilities were appreciated.

Most of the time is hard to hear me for the person in the other side of the call. There is a glitch of sound sometimes as well while listening music as well. Not happy with this product at all.

Quality not too good ; fall's from ear frequently.

I was sent airpods that automatically had static plus would not hold connection to phone. Tested them out before contacting best buy only to find out there was nothing to be done but be out of $200 because they had a 15 day policy. Horrible experience over all. Still have not received emails for the free trials they claimed I'd get.

Airpod works great but after a few months the cae does not charge.

They do not stay in the ear. Sales representative said they did. Very unhappy with them.

These AirPods are too big and slip off my years. Great sound.

Save your money and purchase anything else. I changed to these from my 2nd gen airpods and wish I wouldn’t have changed. The sound quality is no different and they fall out of my ears with any type of movement (i.e. working out).

The only reason for that is that it is a present for someone whose birthday is not till the first week in September after that will be able to evaluate them, but I’m pretty sure they’re good
