Apple Sucks

I’ve had these for a year now and when they work they’re great, and full disclosure I’m no audiophile, so to me they sound amazing; But and of late I’ve had problems with connectivity and for some reason the connection between them and my IPhone 13 Pro Max has been reset. I do work outside and they’re basically part of my uniform; I guess I just expected more from Apple.
