The changing holding time is great, compact to carry it on you packet.

Good pair however I’ve noticed they’ll randomly pause when using Spotify. Not super consistent, maybe it’s Internet or because I’m streaming instead of playing downloaded music but it happens.

I bought this item as a birthday gift and it turned out to be the best gift and the salesperson at the store was so helpful and considerate.

I use them every day. They come in handy a lot and it’s been really helpful staying hands free but still have a personal conversation.

I have no complaints. Any time I want to zone out, I put one or both in and turn up the music.

First…The staff was fantastic in Portsmouth. Used AirPods on recent trip, made travel more enjoyable. Battery life was great, charging quick and easy

If Apple could only figure out how to keep these in my daughter's ears without losing them, I would give this 5 stars... but wishful thinking. Outside of losing them, works just fine

AirPods are always a great accessory to have. They went on sale right after my husband lost his other set.

Bought these as a replacement for the same pair. My daughter loves them, but the previous pair developed some poor sound quality in one of the pods after 2.5 years, otherwise would’ve rated a 5. Liked the trade-in option. Good customer service at Best Buy.

Great overall just a great pair of AirPods unfortunately I lost mine but the delivery was amazing and I buy things from best buy occasionally and I really love Best Buy for devices I never knew I needed

I purchased the Airpods 3 as an OPEN BOX item that was supposed to be in Excellent condition because the new or refurbished versions were unavailable. But the quality was not as described and I had to return the item. Then the item came back in stock and I thought I'd try to order them again. But got another pair that were not excellent condition. And then I tried to buy them again, and again. I thought they couldn't possibly send me the wrong quality product time and time again, but after FOUR attempts, I still have not been able to get an item worth keeping. Each time, the "excellent" condition was not correct. One time, the Airpods were still connected to someone else's apple account and could not be paired to my phone. One time it had the wrong charging cable, another time it did not have a charging cable at all. One time it was very scuffed and not in great condition, two times the inside of the charging case was dirty. It was just a mess and very disappointing, like the employees did not inspect the item properly. But what made the situation even worse is that I tried complaining to customer service and they did absolutely nothing. They did not seem to care that Best Buy failed to meet their own standards for quality and did nothing to rectify the negative experience, even after it happened multiple times. I am very frustrated with the service and disappointed at the items I received. I cannot offer a review of how good the sound is or how comfortable the earbuds fit, as I did not use or keep this item. This is just a review of the poor quality control when ordering an open box item.
