Sound is an improvement from previous generation. I was not impressed with the noise reduction. Also, they are not comfortable, they hurt my tiny ears. If possible, definitely invest in airpods pro.

I love this AirPods I had these AirPods before but I lost them but only thing I don’t like is it doesn’t stay in ear long and it comes right out

The basic model works well enough. However, I recommend getting AppleCare along with it. Minor issues pop up now and again.

I haven’t had them for a year and it’s like static sometimes and the sound seems to go in and out sometimes. But other than that they are decent.

Im an iOS guy. I like all things most apple products, these 3rd gen AirPods are good for my daily’s tasks. The call clarity is good however if your in a loud environment the person on the other end will not be able to hear you. 4 stars

I'm a samsung guy, but I'd rather have this airpods. Totally worth it, I recommend them and would buy them again

Best buy have most greatest deals on things you want too buy I have gotten 2 pair of AirPods from here and they still working properly I would come back and visit too get MacBook

Great sound the only downside for me is I am not a fan of how they fit in the ear. So I gifted them to my younger brother and he loves them. If he was giving the review he would give 5 stars. But the fit is the only reason they got 3

The representative that we had was excellent even though we came in at almost closing time. He did give me his name but I can’t remember it. He was friendly and did not rush us. Thank you for everything.

For the price you cannot beat these air pods. They do everything the more expensive version does at the expense of using the legacy apple charging cord.

Love these new earbuds, shorter stem makes them easier to insert and keep in your ears. This set replaced a lost set so I’m thrilled you can use the find my phone app to locate them.

Love iPods and the service at this best buy is wonderful! Will be shopping again

My wife loves these. She uses them all the time and makes me wish I had some.

I brought this for my granddaughter. It works well, wish apple has a find tool if you are missing one AirPod it will alert you. But it works fine
