It was a gift for my wife, but the case didnt charge wirelessly at all, huge dissapointment called best buy service rep and was told cant do anything about it even if i had the recipt also my wife didnt want to give then up becsuse it was her first set of airpods but didnt know that the case wasnt going to charge again very disappointed with the product and how staff handled the situation

They hurt my ears. They don’t allow me to make calls when I have my right headphone in, not even use Siri. Sometimes they just shut off

So uncomfortable; the 2nd generation is so much better

Love Best Buy, they are always easy to access and easy when you need something shipped to your house.

Bought this as a gift. Headphones will not stay in his ears. I tried to exchange them for the pro but they would not let me due to being outside of the 15 day return policy. I didn’t even give the gift until 12 days in. Not sure how you can give a gift that is not exchangeable. I suppose I won’t buy a gift that I am unsure of from here again.

Got them for my grandson for his birthday. He had a “cheap” set but didn’t like them. He loves these.

Airpods would not stay in my ears. Shake my head a little and they would fall out. Maybe it is my small ears? If I shake my head and they fall out, what are the chances they fall out while at the gym I say I’m gonna go to but don’t? Returned…

Not even one month old and one of the pods is much weaker than the other one. To find out that this is common in this product. I wish I would’ve known. 

These airpods are falling out half of the time! Whenever I lay down they do not stay in my ear. Whenever I am moving around in them I feel they will fly out.

These are made too small and fall out very easily. The voice isolation is great but that's it. I regret this purchase.

Horrible fit. Would not buy again, AirPods Pro work a lot better.

I like the airpods and glad they had them in stock as other stores be soldout or price jacked up.

Keep falling out my ear. Almost lost it a few times Battery life is not good I regret making this purchase.

Sound quality is great but difficult to keep them in my ear. I constantly have to adjust them to sit securely in ears.

Extremely disappointed! Was really looking forward to using these, however they do not have any way to adjust for different ears. They are hard plastic and do not fit my ears and due to this the sound is poor and they fall out. Purchased separate Best Buy essentials Apple AirPod accessories to adjust fit but they do not work for me.

Worst online experience I’ve ever had. No ordering from Best Buy again. Ordered 19th for 23rd. Now 1/06 still no item. Chatted a few times, promised replacement was being sent. Was never sent. Called for refund and now have to wait up to 10 days for the refund. Actual awful customer service. Best Buy used to be a good company to deal with. Never again.

Caused ear aches and now it’s hard to hear out of both ears. It’s not designed for all ears
