Charger case charges really weird. One of my buds die sooner than the other. It might be a case malfunction. It was like that when I received them. Unfortunately don’t have a warranty so.. le shrug.

I bought this for my boyfriend and they didn’t stay in place. They were constantly falling off his ears. I gave the a try and the same happened. I will return.

would give zero stars if i could. 24 after buying the left air pod doesnt work. best buy refuses to stand behind a product they sell after 15 days. ridiculous !

PAINFUL. CAUSED MY INNER EAR TO BLEED. TOO BIG!!!!! Hard plastic rubbing your top inner ear.

They didn’t fit my girlfriends ears. I got them for her for her birthday and they said, since I didn’t return them within 15 days or 12 days or some thing that I can’t return them.

Didn’t even last me 2 weeks and it stop working wasn’t able to connect to phone had to return it

It keep falling out of my ears. For some reason they do not stay in place. Really bad design.

Not sure why they changed the size from the generation 2 but they are bigger and do not fit in my ears well at all. I returned them and got the 2nd generation ones as they fit better.

Did not like the feeling of the headphone in my ear, constantly felt like it was going to fall out. Did not like how if I turned my head all the sound would go into that headphone.

Never authorize this purchase and someone stole my identity, and used it in a different state which I had my card and Texas and someone use my information in Florida

This product does not appear original from a check done with Apple, unfortunately I returned to Italy, but I will not recommend Best Bay

I am disappointed to have this device, easily falls off my ear, unfortunately after 7 months it’s no longer working

The original ones are so much better! These ones fall out of ears all the times.each time they fall out they hang up if you’re in the phone. Such a disappointment

I got these a werk ago and they worked fine. Then i satrted to notice that one side was lower volume than the other. And the audio was completely balanced. Its good but might act up.

worst airpods ever made! i bought them brand new only for them to be defective. my airpods, the left bud on does not want to charge at all. gym with one airpod is rough

you would have to contact the person that stole my credit card and picked up this item at your store without proper I.D. to find out how good this product is.

If you have smaller ears these are not for you. They will not stay in my ears whatsoever.

they don’t fit in my ears and the sound comes out the weirdest areas and don’t get the full volume.
