I've owned every generation of AirPods and this one is by far the worst! Don't get me wrong, the fit is perfect (for me), as I've always fit the standard sizing of Apple's EarPods and AirPods. The audio when listening to music is a huge improvement over the previous models! I use my AirPods whenever I walk my dog, which is about 2 hrs a day. This is the time that I take personal and business calls. This is where the issue is, the other end can't hear me due to background noise. I can hear them, but in all kinds of environments; when there's very little wind, no people or cars driving, the other end still can't make out what I'm saying. I'm always having to switch back to my iPhone 15 Pro Max, then finishing the call in my car and/or office. This feedback isn't from only one person or somewhere with little to no reception. It's happening to everyone that I call in all different areas where's a strong signal. It works fine indoors when there's also no noise. Ridiculous and unacceptable for a $180 pair of AirPods! Of course, the only solution for Apple is to pick up a pair of AirPods Pro (2) or Pro Max with Adaptive Noise Cancellation Mode and Transparency Mode...
