Sound is great - but controls aren’t easy. I gave up. Even Siri doesn’t like to answer phone calls or work well when I ask her to make a call. Volume control - none. Have to go to phone or watch or ask Siri…well holding and pinching for Siri doesn’t always work for me. Maybe it’s me? Not what I was hoping for such expensive devices. I bought them to replace Bluetooth they don’t make anymore and no more like them. But just not as nice in answering calls. Well, and for such expensive devices, I am always afraid the left AirPod will fall into the dishwater or toilet or snow…it just doesn’t stay in my ears. My husband bought cheaper buds and they stay in his ears, he has easy functions, noise canceling and easy phone answering and have same quality sound.

Love Love Loveee my AirPods!!!! I enjoy that I can use them while on the phone I like that I can hear my text messages come threw as I’m listening to music etc! The battery life span on the case an headphones are great!

Greats AirPods I wouldn’t change them for anything

You put these earbuds in your ear and you can hear things. It works exactly as you would think it would. You can hear music, phone calls, and other things. That’s great.

The iPods are tremendous. That sounds is great and it has just the right amount of bass that makes it pleasing to the ear. The sound is so good it gives me a different perspective on all the old music I used to listen to.

The product works great. The sounds is crisp and amazing. Along with the base. It also filters out background noise while using.

Just what i was looking for ! definitely worth the purchase

Solid clarity and soundstage, plus the head tracking is kinda fun. A little lacking on the low end. A little disappointed by the lack of anc or pass through though. Overall great product for everyday listening.

From first generation AirPods to these, I love the upgrade. The fitting of the AirPods are different then the first generation but I like them. A few new features compared to the first generation that I didn’t realize I needed

Purchased the Apple EarPods from Best Buy and was able to save a significant amount of money. I bought them when they were on sale and got them for the best price, at any store.

The sound is great and the headphones are very durable.

The AirPods don’t slip out every 10 mins like the pros. The battery last very long about 4 hours or more. They are comfortable and recommend these over the pros for sure.

Great when it comes to blocking out sound. They are small and very conservative.

I absolutely love these. I’ve never had a good pair of wireless headphones and these have definitely been an upgrade!!!!!!!

Excellent quality. I would purchase from Best Buy again do to the quick and efficient shipping. Even with a slight delay there was up to the minute updates which ensured I knew where the AirPods were.
