With a techie for a grandson, these AirPods were the best present a grandma could gift him. Kids today know what they want from Best Buy, and why not get them the "best" for your money. He loves the item; I loved the cost!

With new guidelines for the use of phones while driving, my earbuds are perfect. At home I don’t need to have the phone in hand, I can maneuver all over the house.

Great overall. Earpiece doesn't turn off automatically when you take it our of your ear to save battery and it is unable to connect to multiple devices at the same time. Either way, all it's other features when connected to apple products is integrated well.

We love AirPods! These are great but maybe a little too big. The 2nd generation is better.

I purchased the Airpods 3 as an OPEN BOX item that was supposed to be in Excellent condition because the new or refurbished versions were unavailable. But the quality was not as described and I had to return the item. Then the item came back in stock and I thought I'd try to order them again. But got another pair that were not excellent condition. And then I tried to buy them again, and again. I thought they couldn't possibly send me the wrong quality product time and time again, but after FOUR attempts, I still have not been able to get an item worth keeping. Each time, the "excellent" condition was not correct. One time, the Airpods were still connected to someone else's apple account and could not be paired to my phone. One time it had the wrong charging cable, another time it did not have a charging cable at all. One time it was very scuffed and not in great condition, two times the inside of the charging case was dirty. It was just a mess and very disappointing, like the employees did not inspect the item properly. But what made the situation even worse is that I tried complaining to customer service and they did absolutely nothing. They did not seem to care that Best Buy failed to meet their own standards for quality and did nothing to rectify the negative experience, even after it happened multiple times. I am very frustrated with the service and disappointed at the items I received. I cannot offer a review of how good the sound is or how comfortable the earbuds fit, as I did not use or keep this item. This is just a review of the poor quality control when ordering an open box item.

I had the Pro model, old, I upgraded to the new one, but normal. I confess that I miss noise cancellation, but as the purpose of use is for other purposes, it delivers everything it promises.

For me, these are good AirPods, but since I don’t have the birds to my ears, they just keep falling off or I have a feeling that the other person next to me can also hear what it produces. I like the earbud one which has the noise cancellation of the other future more than this But this is a great AirPods

Works great, but expensive. It’s an Apple product. You get what you pay for.

I absolute love my new Air pods. The noise reduction is superb. I just have to get used to them because they tend to make my ear a little soar after wearing them for a while.

They were decent but highly overrated. No bass, poor sound quality and don’t sit in your ears right.
