Poor Ear Fit

Miss the sound quality and I went over my budget in hopes the new shape would work better. Had to return them, don’t understand why Apple won’t make them adaptable to ear size.

When it came time to replace them I upgraded to the Gen 3 and find they perform just as well. The only drawback with the airpods is that they can fall out of the ear.

But so far theyve been perfect and a pretty good upgrade compared to the 1st gen ones she had.

Great, when they don't break

I tried everything I could find online, now I'm contacting support. I've had another pair so they're great when they don't break.

Solid Wireless Earbuds

I'm not a big fan of the squishy earbuds so these were a no brainer. I did wish I got the wireless charging case so if you are on the fence about it I would say do it.
