I still have mines until this day nothing wrong nothing stop working. I give it a 10/10 still loving them I’m thinking about getting my daughter some she been asking

For an average Apple user this is a good option, good user experience with apple ecosystems, sound quality is just ok in my single case, maybe you can get best price/performance if you don’t mind the apple ecosystem

First…The staff was fantastic in Portsmouth. Used AirPods on recent trip, made travel more enjoyable. Battery life was great, charging quick and easy

Good pair however I’ve noticed they’ll randomly pause when using Spotify. Not super consistent, maybe it’s Internet or because I’m streaming instead of playing downloaded music but it happens.

If Apple could only figure out how to keep these in my daughter's ears without losing them, I would give this 5 stars... but wishful thinking. Outside of losing them, works just fine

I bought this item as a birthday gift and it turned out to be the best gift and the salesperson at the store was so helpful and considerate.

Great overall just a great pair of AirPods unfortunately I lost mine but the delivery was amazing and I buy things from best buy occasionally and I really love Best Buy for devices I never knew I needed

Bought these as a replacement for the same pair. My daughter loves them, but the previous pair developed some poor sound quality in one of the pods after 2.5 years, otherwise would’ve rated a 5. Liked the trade-in option. Good customer service at Best Buy.

AirPods are always a great accessory to have. They went on sale right after my husband lost his other set.

I use them every day. They come in handy a lot and it’s been really helpful staying hands free but still have a personal conversation.

The changing holding time is great, compact to carry it on you packet.

Sounds is good, but it seems tough to keep them from falling out of ear as they’re so big. I’ve seen tips on twisting them in ear but that so far does not work for me, and they fall out easily anyway!

What can I say, the kid loves em. He has never complained about their functionality. Solid product overall. Wish they were much cheaper in price but since it is Apple they can ask the price they want.
